Reservations Policies

CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m., you may check your luggage with Guest Services and enjoy San Saba Spa, Travis Restaurant, Regalos boutique and pool areas until your room becomes available.

CHECK-OUT: Standard check-out time begins at 12:00 noon. For all advance purchase reservations your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.

DAILY RESORT CHARGE: The daily $15 resort fee includes business center, toll free, credit card and local telephone calls, fitness center access, in-room coffee & tea, self-parking, on-property transportation, all-pool access, pool towels, daily news paper, and wireless internet.

DINING AND RECREATION RESERVATIONS: All advanced reservations and appointments are highly recommended for all recreation and dining to ensure preferred times.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Lakeway Resort and Spa provides airport transportation to and from Austin Bergstrom International Airport for $45 per person each way, based on a 7-day notice. Reservations are required. To arrange for your airport pick up please call Guest Services at (512) 261-7333

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations within 72 hours (Friday & Saturday) and 24 hours (Sunday through Thursday) will be charged one night's room rate including resort fee and applicable tax. Should you make any changes to your reservation, please have your confirmation number prepared when calling. For all advanced purchases a deposit for the entire stay plus resort fee and tax is due at time of making your reservation. A credit card is required at the time of booking.

ROLLAWAY BEDS: There is a $20 nightly charge for rollaway beds. Cribs are free. Please reserve these items in advance as supplies are limited.

REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE POLICY: There is a $20 nightly charge for refrigerator or microware rental. Please reserve these items in advance as supplies are limited.

PET POLICY: We accept small dogs no more than 30 pounds. A $35 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, is charged per stay. Pets are not permitted by the pool area, food service areas, and condos. There is a designated walking area with a pet comfort station. Pets cannot be left unattended in the guest room at any time. The City of Lakeway observes a strict law, therefore all dogs must be on a leash at all times while in the hotel public area.
